Irvine
Complete remodel of 3,500 square foot home including adding a second story addition,
replacing the kitchen cabinets / counter tops / electrical / plumbing, windows, replacing all exterior concrete decks, walkways, driveway, replacing the swimming pool equipment including re-plastering the pool and increasing the retaining wall.


Huntington Beach
Remodel a 2,800 square foot home. Construction included replacement of all interior doors, installation of crown moldings throughout with new trim, painting of both the interior and exterior, installation of a new custom kitchen including granite counter tops and installation of new tile flooring throughout.

 

Gardena
Construct a 500 square foot partial addition. Construction project was for installation of concrete foundation, framing of all walls and roof, tie-in to existing roof and installation of new roofing materials to match the existing roof. ( We offer foundation and framing construction to homeowners that wish to save money by completing the projects themselves. In this case, the drywall, electrical, plumbing, insulation, painting, doors, windows and interior trim installation was completed by the homeowner ).

Los Angeles
Construct a two story “Craftsman style” addition to a two story home. Included was a complete kitchen remodel with custom “craftsman” style cabinets and handmade tile countertops.
 

Remodel Kitchen

Remodel a 190 square foot kitchen. Installation included owners purchased “Ikea”
cabinets, granite counter tops, cork flooring and updating of electrical and plumbing.

Remodeled entire interior of home including bathrooms and kitchen. Approximately 1,240 square feet.
